Since 2016, Inades-Formation has partnered with CBM to promote inclusion in development actions. As part of the implementation of the &#8221;&nbsp;<strong>\n  <em>Food security and inclusive resilience in Togo&nbsp;&#8221; <\/em>\n<\/strong>in collaboration with CBM<strong>\n  <em>, <\/em>\n<\/strong>Inades-Formation Togo is looking for a qualified person to fill the position listed below.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job title: Accounting Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Place of assignment <\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Dapaong or Kara<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project area<\/strong>&nbsp;: Kara and Savanes regions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Contract duration <\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">1 year with possibility of renewal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Reporting to the Project Manager, the main responsibilities of &#8221;&nbsp;the Accounting Assistant&nbsp;&#8221; are as follows&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the team&#8217;s administrative department in the project area (Collect, process, file and archive project team documents)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Check the project team&#8217;s expense claims&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the project team&#8217;s accounts&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Check the logbook for project vehicles&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the project&#8217;s financial department&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Support the periodic preparation of the project budget;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the drafting of the project&#8217;s financial reports&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the project team&#8217;s cash register;<\/li>\n<li>Scan accounting documents ;<\/li>\n<li>Periodically prepare bank reconciliation statements on the bank account in the&nbsp; zone;<\/li>\n<li>Support the organization of project workshops in&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other delegated responsibilities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RESEARCH PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Applications may be submitted by any male or female who meets the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be of Togolese nationality<\/li>\n<li>Minimum level of education: BAC + 3 in auditing, management control, finance, business management accounting, accounting control auditing or equivalent&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>At least two (2) years&#8217; professional experience in an accounting and financial management position;<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working with NGOs and\/or associations;<\/li>\n<li>Good writing skills and concise presentation&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Good character&nbsp;and integrity;<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork skills and willingness to travel frequently within the country.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Saari, Compta 100 and Internet)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Have a category B driving license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><u>NB<\/u><\/em><\/strong> <em>&nbsp;:Fluency in English and knowledge of the procedures of some technical and financial partners are assets.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Constitution of the application file <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The candidate for the position must provide the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A cover letter ;<\/li>\n<li>A curriculum vitae of no more than three (3) pages with three references&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>An unlegalized copy of the birth certificate&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>An unlegalized copy of the certificate of nationality&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Unlegalized copies of diplomas and training certificates&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Unlegalized copies of previous employment certificates&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>A copy of your driver&#8217;s license&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Criminal record less than three (3) months old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Deadline for submission of applications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Les dossiers de candidature doivent parvenir par mail e<strong>n un seul fichier PDF aux<\/strong> adresses suivantes&nbsp;<strong>: <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:inadesformation.togo@inadesfo.net\"><strong>inadesformation.togo@inadesfo.net<\/strong><\/a><strong>; <a href=\"mailto:ismailam.affo@inadesfo.net\">ismailam.affo@inadesfo.net<\/a><\/strong> <strong>et <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:sika.hovi@cbm.org\"><strong>sika.hovi@cbm.org<\/strong><\/a> mentionnant en objet <strong>\u00ab Recrutement pour le poste d&#8217;Assistant Comptable \u00bb<\/strong> au plus tard le<strong> 14 juillet 2023<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 17h30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>NB: <\/strong>Applications from women and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
