As part of the implementation of the project &#8220;Food security and inclusive resilience in Togo <strong><br \/>\n  <em>Food security and inclusive resilience in Togo&#8221; project <\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>in collaboration with CBM<strong><br \/>\n  <em>, <\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong>Inades-Formation Togo is looking for a qualified person to fill the position listed below.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job title: Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Place of employment <\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Kara, Kara region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Project intervention area<\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\"> Kara and Savannah regions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Contract duration <\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">1 year, with the possibility of renewal after conclusive evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Reporting to the Project Manager, the &#8220;Monitoring and Evaluation Officer&#8221; is responsible for :<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Planning, programming and execution of project monitoring and evaluation activities<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the project manager in the coordination and administration of the project;<\/li>\n<li>Support the Project Manager in planning and monitoring the implementation of field activities;<\/li>\n<li>Support the project manager in the technical and financial monitoring of activities;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and evaluate the performance of technical staff;<\/li>\n<li>Support the project manager in the production of narrative and financial reports (quarterly, half-yearly and annual) for the project&#8217;s partners;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the implementation of the strategies developed to achieve the project&#8217;s results and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in coordinating the implementation of strategies to achieve project results and objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participate in the supervision and evaluation of project team members.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Managing the project monitoring and evaluation system  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and implement the project monitoring and evaluation system<\/li>\n<li>Design, disseminate and train on field data collection tools  <\/li>\n<li>Establish the baseline situation for the project, specifying the indicators<\/li>\n<li>Monitor activities and results  <\/li>\n<li>Draw up annual indicator monitoring reports<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the production of project narrative and financial reports (quarterly, semi-annual and annual) for partners<\/li>\n<li>Capitalize on and disseminate best practices and the changes brought about by project implementation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the application of inclusion at all levels of project implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Information and communication about project activities and promotion of Inades-Formation Togo and CBM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the animation of the Inades-Formation Togo website (www.inadesfo.net) and to communication about the project&#8217;s activities;<\/li>\n<li>Promote participatory communication and the visibility of project stakeholders (Inades-Formation Togo, CBM, BMZ) around specific themes;<\/li>\n<li>Promote Fondafrica, an instrument for mobilizing financial resources to support the rural world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Carrying out other delegated responsibilities, as required:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Support the preparation of technical and financial tender documents and the performance of specific assignments;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the formulation of new projects;  <\/li>\n<li>Representing Inades-Formation Togo in bodies dealing with issues related to the project;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relations with technical and financial partners from the State, civil society organizations and the private sector at local level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Any male or female who meets the following criteria may apply for this position:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be of Togolese nationality<\/li>\n<li>Have at least a baccalaureate + 5 in agronomy, agro-economics, socio-economics, planning, statistics or any other equivalent degree.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years&#8217;
