Since 2016, Inades-Formation has partnered with CBM to promote inclusion in development actions. As part of the implementation of the &#8221;&nbsp;<strong>\n  <em>Food security and inclusive resilience in Togo&nbsp;&#8221; <\/em>\n<\/strong>in collaboration with CBM<strong>\n  <em>, <\/em>\n<\/strong>Inades-Formation Togo is looking for six (06) qualified individuals to fill the position listed below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job title: Technical officer&nbsp;<\/strong>: 3 for the Kara region and 3 for the Savanes region<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Place of employment <\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Kara or Savanes region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project area<\/strong>&nbsp;: Kara (Communes Kozah 3, Kozah 4 and Assoli 2) and Savanes (Oti Sud 2, T\u00f4ne 3 and Tandjoar\u00e9 2) regions.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Contract duration <\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">1 year, with the possibility of renewal after conclusive evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Reporting to the Project Manager, the Technical Officer&#8217;s main responsibilities include :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Promoting the inclusion of disabled people in development activities  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building the capacity of technical partners<\/li>\n<li>Train community members in inclusive employment opportunities in agriculture<\/li>\n<li>Raising awareness of the rights of disabled people<\/li>\n<li>Training farmers&#8217; organizations on disability and inclusive development<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the adaptation of the statutes of farmers&#8217; organizations to take account of the inclusion of disabilities<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate advocacy and dialogue to strengthen community inclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Promoting the professional inclusion of people with disabilities in agricultural and non-timber forest product value chains<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities for inclusive agricultural employment and support their development<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen the technical, organizational, management and marketing capacities of beneficiaries and their organizations<\/li>\n<li>Support beneficiaries in defining and prioritizing actions to be carried out in accordance with the established work plan<\/li>\n<li>Organize and lead training sessions for beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Provide local technical support and advice to target groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3- Planning, monitoring and evaluating activities  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draw up and implement activity and follow-up programs based on the AWP and quarterly schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly activity reports<\/li>\n<li>Support the monitoring and evaluation officer in collecting data on key project indicators<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the documentation and capitalization of methodological, technical and social successes as well as lessons learned concerning the inclusion of people with disabilities in the agricultural sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4- Information and communication about project activities and promotion of Inades-Formation Togo and CBM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the animation of the Inades-Formation Togo website (www.inadesfo.net) and to communication about the project&#8217;s activities.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Participatory communication and visibility of project stakeholders (Inades-Formation Togo, CBM, BMZ) around specific themes<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of Fondafrica, an instrument for mobilizing financial resources to support the rural world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Carrying out, as required, other delegated responsibilities, including :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support for the identification of new project opportunities&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Representing Inades-Formation Togo at local meetings<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out ad hoc tasks at the request of Inades-Formation management<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining relations with technical partners in the area of intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Profile required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text )\">Any male or female who meets the following criteria may apply:<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be of Togolese nationality<\/li>\n<li>Have at least a BAC + 3 in agronomy or agri-food, forestry, geography, socio-economics, sociology, sanitation or other equivalent qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>At least three (3) years&#8217;
