programme will be to:<\/p><ul><li>Designing programmes and projects to seek funding on the basis of development alternatives for the food systems programme based on family farming;<\/li><li>Steering the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the operational programmes and projects financed and producing technical reports in accordance with the commitments made with the partners;<\/li><li>Stimulate and support creativity and innovation in terms of approaches, methods, tools, product-concepts and services for the benefit of the target populations of the network&#8217;s entities (SG\/BN);<\/li><li>Ensure the quality control of products-concepts and services provided to target populations under the &#8220;Food Systems&#8221; Programme and operational programmes-projects;<\/li><li>Capitalising on experience and good practice in relation to the operational programmes and projects implemented;<\/li><li>Leading and stimulating forward-looking thinking on the context of the &#8220;Food systems&#8221; programme with a view to repositioning current and future operational programmes and projects;<\/li><li>Participate in the reflection, design and implementation of projects on other themes at the request of management.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Nature and duration of contract:<\/strong><\/p><p>Fixed-term contract (CDD) of one (1) year with the possibility of renewal, after evaluation.<\/p><p><strong>Probable starting date :<\/strong><\/p><p>15 February 2024<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inadesformation.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Recruitment-notice-for-Food-System-Officer.pdf\">Download the full recruitment notice<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Skills required:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Good knowledge of the issues and challenges facing family farming;<\/li><li>Good experience in agroecology or sustainable agriculture practices, in particular the production of organic inputs, agroforestry, sustainable management systems and\/or regeneration of local agro-resources;<\/li><li>Experience in project development and management (planning, monitoring, evaluation and capitalisation)<br \/>Experience in preparing technical dossiers in response to calls for proposals\/bids from TFPs;<\/li><li>Excellent management and work organisation skills;<\/li><li>Good meeting moderation\/facilitation skills;<br \/>Good technical reporting skills on projects in progress;<\/li><li>Capacity for forward analysis and creativity;<\/li><li>Experience of working with NGOs.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Level of education:<\/strong><\/p><p>Aged between 30 and 45.<\/p><p>Engineer or equivalent (at least 5 years&#8217;
