As part of its efforts to promote associative life, the National Office held its Ordinary General Meeting on Saturday, May 4, 2024, with 80% of 56 affective members in attendance.<\/p>\n

\"\"Under the chairmanship of the new Legal Representative, Mr. NINGANZA Emery, the items dealt with included (1) Analysis of the financial report and that of the statutory auditor 2023; (2) Analysis of the activity report 2023; (3) Presentation of the Supervisory Board’s report; (4) Orientations for Inades-Formation Burundi’s institutional path; (5) Discussions on the terms of reference of the diagnostic study on the mechanisms and dysfunctions of companies and proposal of strategic orientations 2026-2040; (6) Election of two members to complete the Executive Committee; (7) Election of the new Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n

The reports <\/span>were favorably received by participants.\"\" A shared understanding<\/span>mmune has been cleared. Participants appreciated the level of achievements for fiscal 2023, which reached 96.2%.<\/span><\/p>\n

This reflects the organization’s firm commitment to<\/span>ns implementing projects in the field according to the terms agreed with partners. However, the challenges posed by fuel shortages disrupted certain activities. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"All the reports for the year<\/span>2023 have been reviewed and approved by the Annual General Meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants also discussed the terms of reference for the diagnostic study \"\"on company mechanisms and dysfunctions, and proposed strategic orientations for 2026-2040.<\/p>\n

\"\"The organization has already appointed a team of people to facilitate this work. In the meantime, she is making the terms of reference her own. <\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting also replaced two members of the Executive Committee (former Chairman Mr. BUTOYI Andr\u00e9 and former2nd<\/sup> Vice-Chairman Mrs. NDAYIKENGURUKIYE Esp\u00e9rance) in accordance with regulations. The latter have been justifiably unavailable for some time. Two people were elected and the new full Executive Committee is now made up of :<\/p>\n

      The Annual General Meeting was very productive. The new President and Legal Representative of Inades-Formation Burundi, Mr. NINGANZA Emery, closed the activities with a word of thanks to everyone involved in achieving the results.<\/p>\n
