Under the High Patronage of the <span style=\"color: windowtext;font-weight: normal\">Ministry of the Environment, Agriculture and Livestock<\/span> &#8220;MINEAGRIE&#8221;, two national conferences for consultation and dialogue between stakeholders in the sector in Burundi were organized on February 6 and 7, 2025. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: 'Palatino Linotype',serif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-25948 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.inadesformation.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/5V5A0042-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inadesformation.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/5V5A0042-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.inadesformation.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/5V5A0042-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.inadesformation.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/5V5A0042-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 341px) 100vw, 341px\" \/>The aim of these conferences was to mobilize the various players in the agricultural sector to collect priority data and information for inclusion in the PANAF-B currently being drawn up, under the facilitation of a multi-stakeholder technical committee appointed by the Minister.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: 'Palatino Linotype',serif\">The <sup>1st<\/sup> conference brought together non-governmental players, while the<sup>2nd<\/sup> brought together government departments and players. Each category of actor was asked to identify priority actions, expected results and outputs in relation to the 7 pillars of the Global Action Plan 2019-2028. It plays an important role in improving nutrition and ensuring food security and sovereignty. Everyone expressed the need for this action plan to fit in with the United Nations agenda.
