In each country, there is a local IF establishment operating autonomously according to the demands of the local situation, but bound together by a common vision, philosophy and operational principles. IFTz was established in Dodoma in 1989 as a branch of INADES-Formation Kenya. It became an independent National Office in 1992 and acquired full legal status in 1994, after registering with the Ministry of Home Affairs as a \u201cSociety\u201d under the provisions of the Societies Ordinance. In June 1996, IFTz became a \u201cTrustee\u201d under the provisions of the \u2018Trustees\u2019 Incorporation Ordinance. In January 2009, it was awarded the \u2018Certificate of Compliance\u2019, No. 0851 after complying with the terms and conditions of the NGO Policy and NGO Act No. 24 of 2002 as reviewed in 2005. In 2022, INADES-Formation Tanzania was given a new certificate of registration number 00NGO\/R1\/00448 which is due for renewal in 2032. The Vision of IFTz is \u201cA prosperous and influential rural Tanzanian society.\u201d Our Mission statement is \u201cto contribute to social, and economic advancement of the people with specific emphasis on the free and responsible participation of the people in the transformation of their societies.\u00a0 The main areas of intervention include but are not limited to offering online and offline courses on good agricultural practices, food and nutrition security, leadership, animal welfare with a particular focus on working donkeys, gender equality and social inclusion. The Managing Director will ensure that the organization&#8217;s operations are aligned with its <strong>Vision, Mission, Values, and Strategic goals.<\/strong><\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<li><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n\n <ul>\n     <li><strong><em>A- Strategic Leadership<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Lead the development and execution of strategic and operational plans.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ensure alignment of programs with the organizational mission and national development priorities.<\/li>\n \t<li>Advise the Board on emerging opportunities and risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n \t<li><strong><em>\u202f<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>B- Governance and Reporting<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>Ensure the organization complies with all statutory and legal requirements.<\/li>\n \t<li>Serve as Secretary to the Board and provide timely reports and documentation.<\/li>\n \t<li>Implement policies approved by the Board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n \t<li><strong><em>C- Program Development and Management<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and projects.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ensure quality control and timely delivery of activities and results.<\/li>\n \t<li>Foster innovation and learning within the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n \t<li><strong><em>D- Human Resource and Team Management<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Lead, mentor, and supervise the management team and staff.<\/li>\n \t<li>Promote a positive and inclusive working culture.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ensure staff performance, development, and well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n \t<li><strong><em>E- Finance and Resource Mobilization<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>Prepare annual budgets and ensure proper financial management.<\/li>\n \t<li>Mobilize financial and material resources from donors, partners, and income-generating initiatives.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ensure compliance with donor and financial reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n<li><strong><em>F- Partnerships and Representation<\/em><\/strong>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Represent the organization to stakeholders, government bodies, donors, and media.<\/li>\n \t<li>Build and maintain strategic partnerships and networks.<\/li>\n \t<li>Promote the organization&#8217;s public image and influence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n \t<li><strong> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>A master\u2019s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Management, or related fields.<\/li>\n \t<li>Minimum of 7\u201310 years of progressive experience in NGO leadership, development work, or organizational management.<\/li>\n \t<li>Proven experience in strategic planning, team management, and resource mobilization.<\/li>\n \t<li>Strong understanding of governance, accountability, and development policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n\n<li><strong> KEY COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>Visionary and strategic thinker<\/li>\n \t<li>High integrity and professionalism<\/li>\n \t<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n \t<li>Fluent in English and Kiswahili<\/li>\n \t<li>Conversant with participatory
