The Inades-Formation Cameroun National Association held its 34th Ordinary General Meeting (AGM) on May 25, 2024, at the Cameroon National Episcopal Conference (CENC), in Yaoundé.

The Ordinary General Meeting heard various reports, including the moral report on the Board of Directors’ term of office, the National Board’s activity report, the financial report and the Auditor’s report for the 2023 financial year.
With the term of office of the members of the Board of Directors having come to an end, the election of the members of the new Board was the highlight of the meeting’s proceedings. Mrs. WANDOU Marthe, outgoing Chairman, was reappointed to head the Board of Directors of Inades-Formation Cameroun for another three-year term.

Professor Tchuenguem Fernand Nestor also retained his position as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, while the remaining members are Mrs BALKISSOU MOUSSA and Messrs Kamayou Georges, Ahanda Castor, Kamsu Claude and Zieba Justin.
The General Meeting adopted eleven (11) resolutions concerning, among other things: the admission of new members, the approval of the moral report, the adoption of the activity, financial and auditor’s reports for the 2023 financial year, the management of the Association’s receivables, the implementation of the resolutions of the 2023 General Meeting, the report on the study of the DOS 2026-2040, the development of IFC’s institutional path and the use of service providers by IFC.
The meeting was chaired by Mr KAMAYOU Georges, surrounded by five other associate members elected for the occasion.
