As part of their commitment to rural development and social cohesion, INADES-Formation Côte d’Ivoire, in partnership with the Projet Nord du Golfe de Guinée pour la Cohésion Sociale (COSO), officially handed over agricultural and transport equipment to producers in several localities in the N’Bengué department in northern Côte d’Ivoire.
This initiative, which is integrated into our Income-Generating Activities (IGAs), aims to strengthen the capacities of local farmers by providing them with suitable equipment to boost production and improve the transport of their crops.
On February 13, 2025, the localities of Téhékaha and Loulo in the Sous-préfecture of Bougou each benefited from : 1 gin, 1 tricycle and 1 motor cultivator.
On February 14, 2025, the localities of Katogo, Kantara and Netoulou in the sub-prefecture of Katogo received: 1 motor cultivator, 1 gin and 1 tricycle.
The village of Kafonon, for its part, has benefited from a tricycle to help transport its crops.
This equipment donation is an essential lever for the economic development of rural producers. It will help improve agricultural yields, facilitate field work and reduce the logistical constraints involved in transporting produce.
Through this action, INADES-Formation Côte d’Ivoire and the COSO Project are reaffirming their commitment to empowering local communities and strengthening social cohesion through concrete sustainable development initiatives.
