The coordination meeting of the Knowledge Cluster of Organic Agriculture in Central Africa (KCOA-PCAC) took place on September 5th. The exchange was mainly focused on the status of the different activities by Outputs.
This virtual periodic meeting was attended by all the organizations involved in the implementation of the project. This meeting was a framework for enriching exchanges and sharing for the various stakeholders. It is important to emphasize that this platform was created to coordinate the activities of the ACCP, to allow GIZ to give strategic orientations for the success of the project and to ensure the monitoring and coaching of the organizations for a better coordination in the operationalization of the inter and extra output activities.
These exchanges made it possible to make the turn of all the questions related to the KCOA-PCAC Project namely:
- The implementation of the actions planned during the first six (6) weeks by the different member organizations,
- To exchange on the concerns and difficulties encountered
- Provide guidance on the financial management of the project.
The next meeting is scheduled for September 19.
